Vision Mission

Vision – Every student will enter middle school on or above grade level.

Mission – The mission of Middletown Elementary School is to discover the brilliance in every child by challenging all students to reach their potential and to meet the demands of the future.

We Believe that:

1. Schools are a community’s “most precious institution”, and they have the power to transform a community.
2. Children are at the center of everything we do, and our practice will reflect their best interest.
3. Education is a partnership among families, communities, and schools.
4. We believe in educating the whole child intellectually, emotionally, and socially in a safe and secure learning environment in which student progress is celebrated.
5. All students are capable of learning at high levels and effort is the key to academic success.
6. It is our job to model positive relationships for students and create a positive work environment in which we treat students, staff, and parents with respect and dignity. Collaboration is essential!
