Purpose
The FRC's purpose is to provide information and/or referrals to families in the school's community. The FRC works to ensure that needed resources and support are made available. In order to remove barriers for a student to have success in school, we are committed to building a partnership that includes students, families, and the community.

- Frayser Super Reader Program (all students)
- Literacy Luncheons (parent/child activity)
- Transition From Primary to Intermediate—teacher and parent workshop
- Math Wizard (kindergarten–fifth grade)

- Attendance Club/Perfect Attendance Activities
- New Baby Program (speakers/baby shower)

- Neighborhood Place (referrals, Back-to-School Fest)

- Seven Counties School-Based Services, The Brook
- Vision screenings, immunizations, health fairs, pediculosis screening, hygiene programs
- Referrals for help with finances, employment, housing, food, day care, transportation, General Educational Development (GED)/education
- Foster Grandparent Program
- Nurse/Health services, screenings, physicals
- Smile Kentucky! Dental education program in collaboration with Louisville Water Co. and University of Louisville (UofL)
After-School Programs
