Using JCPS Parent Portal

The JCPS Parent Portal is a secure Web site that you can use to track your child's progress in school. The goal of the Parent Portal is to create a better partnership and dialogue between JCPS parents and teachers. We hope that you will use it regularly and become a partner with us in your child's education.

Getting Started

To register for the Infinite Campus portal, please send an email to campus.portal@jefferson.kyschools.us. Include your name, your child’s name, your child’s school, and your phone number.

If you had access to the parent portal last year, it should still work this year. Click here if you need to reset your username and password. Please type "reset portal password" in the subject line of the e-mail.
